What is Input Ladder?        

Input Ladder is an employee relations company. Designed to facilitate open-communication, Input Ladder allows employees to better communicate with management by allowing honest and anonymous discussions about company issues. 


Why should my company use the Input Ladder?

Can I post comments anonymously?

Yes. Any employee comment can be posted by name or anonymously.


How much does it cost to register?

Depending on which Comment Package best fits your company, the prices range from $29.99/month to $69.99/month. Unlike other systems, Input Ladder is priced based on features, not the number of users. This allows companies to open up communication to all members that it would like. 


What is my organizational code?

An organizational code is a word/number combination that is created by the individual in the company who creates the account. This code is used to connect users to the proper company account. Typically, the organizational code is the company's name. 


How do I post a comment?

Simply click the Submit button on the home page, under the Employee section. Then, enter the organizational code of your company. This should have been provided to you by your company. Once you enter the organizational code, click Post a comment.


How do I check for comments?

Simply click the Submit button on the home page, under the Employee section. Then, enter the organizational code of your company. This should have been provided to you by your company. Once you enter the organizational code, click View all public comments.


Can I customize my account? 

To customize your company's account, please send an email to contact@inputladder.com. A representative will contact you and assist you with customizing your account. Additional charges may apply for customization.


Are comments really private?

Yes, your comments are really private. No name will appear when you post a comment. Please be responsible when posting comments. Slander, profanities, blatant falsities, and any form of irresponsible commenting is prohibited. Legal interventions may require the use of private user information which may disclose the origination of comments. Please review the Terms & Conditions for more information. 


What is the HR Docs section?

The HR Docs section, or human resources documents section, is an online filing cabinet. This area is used for management to post valuable internal documents for employees to access. Once uploaded, a user can download the document directly to their computer. For example, a manager can post a documents that workers may need to access from home.


What happens if I exceed the number of comments included in my package?

If your company exceeds the number of comments included in your comment package, you will have to upgrade to a larger comment package. You will be charged for the difference between the package that you initially purchased and the one that you upgrade to.
